I’ll be reading from a work-in-progress at the next TWS Reading Series, Thursday, Dec 10th, 7-9:30pm.
The reading is at Rhizome, 317 East Broadway, Vancouver, BC (map).
Also reading is Gurjinder Basran, fellow TWS alum, and the event is hosted by the always gracious and charming Eufemia Fantetti.
Here’s the listing in The Straight, for more details.
I was going to drive up and surprise you (by booing) but I have to take Tesla to dress rehearsal for Aladdin’s Lamp.
Oh darn, no booing.
We could work out some kind of Chuck Paluhniuk fake thing where I boo you then you “pretend” kick my ass to the delight of the crowd.
Yes, “pretend”. Then we can pretend to take you to the hospital.
Thanks for calling during my reading, by the way. Your timing was perfect.
How did it go?
And more importantly, what did you read? When can I read it?
It went pretty well. There were a lot of good writers last night.
I read from an unpublished short story. Do you want to see the excerpt I read or the whole thing? Shoot me an email.
